Hailing from the bustling borough of Brooklyn, New York, from a young age, I demonstrated a passion for the arts, honing my skills as a visual arts major at the renowned LaGuardia High School of Arts and Performing Arts.  After being inspired by my participation in Whitney Museum of American Art’s Youth Insights program, a junior docent program for teens,  I would pursue a bachelor’s degree in Art History with minors in Sociology/Anthropology and Digital Media and later a graduate degree in Computer Science & Internet Technology.

After a summer internship at legendary Hip Hop station, HOT 97,  I was hired as the staff writer and web producer within the Digital department.  I delved into various projects, from interviewing artists, creating feature pages, designing branded campaigns, to managing social media accounts and editing podcasts.

After departing HOT 97,  I  transitioned to a position at BET Networks, where I shone as a sales designer, collaborating with ad sales and digital teams. I ultimately was promoted to Digital Art Director,  serving as the digital design lead for prestigious award shows like the BET Awards. Notably, I worked on several award-winning projects, including an animated tribute to rapper, Nipsey Hussle and critically acclaimed Love Letter, featuring Black Thought of The Roots, which received a Grammy nomination.

With a career marked by versatility and creativity, I continue to navigate the dynamic landscape of media and entertainment.
